The Ways In
Small group rooms, private one-on-one work, and a fund that makes sure money never locks the door. Start below — most people recognize themselves before they're halfway down.
What People Come For
-
Cross-addictions, codependency, the quieter ways we cope. The habits that helped once and don't fit anymore.
-
The romantic ones, the family ones, the work ones. Boundaries, communication, knowing when to stay and when to go. Learning to be alongside without losing yourself.
-
Nervous system regulation. Grounding techniques. Polyvagal-informed somatic practice. Learning what safety actually feels like in your body — and how to return to it.
-
The version of you that knows you don't have to perform to be worth something. Quiet, lived-in confidence — not the loud kind.
-
Real, paced movement toward the life you actually want. No vision board energy. The slow, body-aware work of becoming someone new — while honoring who you've already been.
-
Wherever yours lives. The faith conversations you can't have anywhere else, held without flinching.
-
Organization, routines, the small structures that make a peaceful life possible. The everyday work of becoming.
The Cohorts
This is the deepest work I offer, and the warmest — because it happens together in a powerful way. You sit in a room with people who understand what you're carrying, and in that kind of company, what's been stuck so long finally has somewhere safe to move. All while building new yet familiar bonds.-
Saturdays 5:30–8:00pm · Aug 1 – Sep 12
A six-week small group for parents and caregivers who've been carrying others — and losing themselves in the carrying. Together we work on the pride that hides the struggle, the over-functioning that burns out into resentment, and the quiet copes that fill the gap — the scrolling, the snacking, the staying busy. And we practice the harder thing: being cared for, not just depended on. Because the irony of being the dependable one is how easily it makes you the dependent.
-
Mondays 5:30–8:00pm · Aug 3 – Sep 14
A six-week small group for anyone whose way of loving has been costing them themselves — in a relationship, between them, or rebuilding after one. Together we work on the performing, the peace-keeping, and the vigilance, and practice the skills of honest, steady connection: saying the true thing, and being loved without earning it.
-
Wednesdays 5:30–8:00pm · Aug 5 – Sep 9
A six-week small group for anyone tired in a way sleep doesn't fix — the kind that comes from always being available. Together we work on the reflex behind the automatic yes, practice kind and honest refusals, and relearn rest as something you're allowed, not something you earn.
Six weekly sessions — 5:30–8:00pm CT — Live via Zoom — $600
Twelve seats per cohort — small on purpose.
When they're full, they're full.
If one of these is calling you, don't sit on it.
Now enrolling — all three cohorts begin the first week of August
One-on-One
-
One focused hour. Come with what's on your heart — we work with the body, the breath, and whatever's asking for attention. You leave with tools and more room inside. Sometimes one hour is all it takes to stop circling.
-
Six sessions with a shape: where you are, what's underneath, what to build. This is the container most people actually need — long enough to change a pattern, short enough to demand you show up for it.
-
For people building something that lasts. Standing sessions, steady contact, a practitioner who already knows your terrain. This is the long haul, and the long haul is where lives get rebuilt limitlessly.
You don't have to know which door. You just have to knock.
The Plan
Some people come for one session, when something specific is asking for attention. Some come for a longer arc, ready to go deeper into the patterns that have been running the show. Some come back month after month, building something steady. Whatever shape your work takes — you're welcome here.
Everyone I work with gets a custom plan — not a template, not a curriculum. We map what's ready for attention and I bring the tools. You don't have to figure out what to focus on or how to track it. That's my job. Yours is to show up and do the work in front of you — and I'll be honest with you: that part, no one can do for you.

Run On Trust
Our Care Fund is available for every offering. If money is the thing in the way — just say so. A short request, a human reply. People who desire guidance and healing, will get it.
